The UFC definitely has a fan in President Donald Trump.
On Sunday, Trump held an indoor rally in Henderson, Nev. as part of his 2020 re-election campaign and he noted several special guests in attendance including UFC president Dana White and several fighters sitting alongside him.
“He is so smart, so tough, so cunning,” Trump said about White during the rally. “He’s been a friend of mine for a long time. I’ve been a friend of his.
“He also loves his fighters. He wants to take care of his fighters and he brought some of them along, the best.
