Corey Anderson signs with Bellator

In a surprising move, top-10 ranked UFC light heavyweight contender Corey Anderson is making the move to Bellator.

MMA Fighting’s Mike Heck confirmed that Anderson is now part of the Bellator roster following an initial report by ESPN.

Anderson (13-5) has been in the thick of the UFC light heavyweight title picture for the past few years. “Overtime” won season 19 of The Ultimate Fighter, then experienced mix results before rattling off four straight wins from April 2018 to November 2019 capped off by a first-round TKO of Johnny Walker.
