COLUMBIA, Mo. — Two years ago, Missouri’s Larry Rountree III announced his presence in the Southeastern Conference with a 1,200-yard rushing season.

Zack Abron watched the running back blast his way through defenders and couldn’t help but reminisce.

Abron, the most prolific running back in Mizzou history, recalled visiting with Tigers assistant coach Cornell Ford around that time.
