Happy game day, Tiger fans! It feels good to not be playing an historically great team like the Crimson Tide, and it’s homecoming weekend! For all of us who still harbor smidgens of optimism about the 2018 season, today could be the day you can start saying, “I told you so!”
But first? Missouri have to take care of business against a solid Memphis team. For our Thursday poll, we asked which Saturday development would be most encouraging for y’all as we head into the season’s second half.
Again, we had some pretty close results! It’s clear not a lot of people are feeling great about the defense’s chances to hold a powerful offense down, but about a fourth of y’all would be pretty pleased with a complete offensive performance — and the passing game is due for an uptick soon.
