Former Mizzou Tigers quarterback Drew Lock will start throwing again this week, according to reports.
Lock, who was injured during the middle of the preseason, was placed on injured reserve after the 53-man roster was announced to begin the season. The timing of the IR move made it so Lock could return during the middle of the regular season.
After three weeks, it looks like the Denver Broncos may have to turn to the rookie when he is healed.
The Broncos are 0-3 and sit in an AFC West with the 3-0 Kansas City Chiefs.
