Vikings select WR Justin Jefferson with first pick in 2020 NFL Draft

It didn’t take very long for the Minnesota Vikings to add a replacement for Stefon Diggs in the 2020 NFL Draft.

With their very first pick in this year’s draft, the Vikings went ahead and selected former LSU receiver, Justin Jefferson. He’ll have an immediate opportunity to come and play some serious snaps for Minnesota next season now that Diggs is out of the picture.

The 6-foot-1, 202-pound pass-catcher is coming off a 2019 season with LSU that saw him make a whopping 18 trips to the end zone. In addition to all of his touchdowns, Jefferson also hauled in a total of 111 catches for 1,540 yards.
