After dropping a heartbreaker to the Dallas Cowboys last Sunday, the Minnesota Vikings will play the second game of their three-game homestand this week at U.S. Bank Stadium, when they welcome the Carolina Panthers.
The Panthers are led by former Vikings’ quarterback Teddy Bridgewater, who has found a new home as a starter after serving as a backup in New Orleans for a couple of seasons. It doesn’t appear as though the Panthers will have the services of star running back Christian McCaffrey, who has missed several games with a shoulder issue.
