Wisconsin Herd outpaced by Fort Wayne Mad Ants, lose 128-110

After a one-and-a-half week break in play, the Wisconsin Herd returned back to action Wednesday night falling to the Fort Wayne Mad Ants 128-110 in their home Menominee Nation Arena.

Sporting a full squad, which was headlined by the debut of veteran point guard Brandon Jennings, the Herd got a big boost from the 28-year-old and one-time Milwaukee Buck throughout the first quarter as they battled with Fort Wayne but trailed 29-27 at the end of one.

It was in the second quarter when the Herd gradually started to showcase a kind of firepower we haven’t seen from them in some time, thanks to their starting five fueling the team’s offense throughout the frame.
