Yelich, Moustakas, Grandal are finalists for starting spots on National League All-Star team

Major League Baseball announced the finalists for the starting position player spots for the 2019 MLB All-Star game, to be held in Cleveland on July 9th. The Milwaukee Brewers have three finalists vying for spots in the starting lineup for the National League — outfielder Christian Yelich, second baseman Mike Moustakas, and catcher Yasmani Grandal.

Yelich is enjoying a tremendous follow-up to his MVP season from last year, batting .348/.442/.751 with 28 home runs through his first 68 games of the season. He leads baseball in homers and is second to Cody Bellinger with a 193 wRC+.
