MURFREESBORO, Tenn. – Former Blue Raider soccer standout was announced Tuesday as the Middle Tennessee nominee for the NCAA Woman of the Year award.
The prestigious award is granted on four pillars of student-athlete excellence – academics, athletics, service and leadership – and garnered a total of 517 nominations for the 2015-16 athletic season with 231 from the Division I level.
The four-year Blue Raider goalkeeper and three-year team captain was named Conference USA Defensive Player of the Year and First Team All-Conference USA by the conference office and Second Team All-Region by NSCAA for her efforts in goal during her senior campaign.
