Shea Patterson is transferring to Michigan. The brief but highly publicized recruitment of the Ole Miss quarterback came to a quick end Monday afternoon with the 6-2, 203 sophomore announcing his plan to switch schools on Twitter.
The news comes after Patterson made a visit to Michigan over the weekend, which included taking in the Wolverines come from behind overtime win over UCLA.
Patterson started the final three games of his freshman year in 2016, maintaining his hold of that starting role for the entire 2017 season. As a sophomore, he completed 166-of-260 passes (63.
