Three things we learned
A talent gap exists between Michigan and elite teams: There were high expectations entering this season after the Wolverines were picked to win the Big Ten title last summer. But by the end of November, it became clear that U-M wasn’t ready to take the next step as a program because its overall talent didn’t measure up with the elite programs. In the final two games, Ohio State and Alabama singed the Wolverines with dynamic playmakers.
