Michigan Football deserves 4th-place prediction in Big Ten East

In a poll conducted about Big Ten media members, the Michigan football team was predicted to finish fourth in the Big Ten East. Ohio State was picked first, followed by Michigan State and Penn State.

While it’s understandable for the writers to take that position, Michigan football will be better than expected. Of course, the Big Ten Easy is never easy and this year will be no different. Ohio State should figure into the national title race. Michigan football, Michigan State and Penn State all have that ability as well.

But really, when you look at what the Wolverines have done against the Buckeyes and Spartans under Jim Harbaugh, it’s hard to disagree.
