Michigan Basketball: Reviewing 3 High-priority 2021 Wolverine targets

No two people are alike and that’s especially true with college basketball coaches and their coaching philosophies. Former Michigan basketball head coach John Beilein had a knack for getting the most out of the three and four-star caliber athletes – developing them into bonafide NBA stars.

Juwan Howard, on the other hand, has no interest in dragging out the process and securing seats on the bench for guys that won’t see the court for two or three years before reaching starter status. Howard wants the right now type; the one-and-done hoop stars.

Isaiah Todd – 13th overall for the 2020 class – was Juwan’s first to jump on board followed by the 7-foot-2 traditional big man Hunter Dickinson.
