Mark Emmert on FBI probe: 'Significant changes' coming to NCAA basketball

Mark Emmert, the president of the NCAA, did not learn the FBI was investigating college basketball corruption until late September.

He said he learned the same day the rest of the sports world found out: After arrests were made.

And Emmert, in an exclusive interview with the Free Press on Friday, said the NCAA is reacting to the FBI's findings, which uncovered charges of bribery, wire fraud and corruption in college basketball.
