Four-star Iowa point guard D.J. Carton schedules Michigan visit

One of the top point guards in the 2019 class has chosen Michigan for his first official visit.

Iowa high school junior D.J. Carton, the 27th-rated player in the class and third-rated point guard per the 247sports composite, is coming to Ann Arbor on June 27 and 28. Carton's high school coach, Curtis Clark, confirmed the news to MLive. It was reported earlier by the Des Moines Register in a story that was publicized on Twitter by Carton.

The 6-foot-2, 195-pound lead guard at Bettendorf High School has Michigan among his final six along with Indiana, Iowa, Marquette, Ohio State, and Xavier.
