Duncan Robinson, a player with no Division I scholarship offers out of high school who started his college career at a small Division III school, has signed an NBA contract.
The former Michigan forward signed a one-year, two-way contract with the Miami Heat on Tuesday. The University of Michigan confirmed, via Twitter, a report from The Athletic's Michael Scotto.
The 6-foot-8 sharpshooter is currently playing for the Heat's Summer League team, averaging 12.4 points and 2.4 rebounds in five games while shooting 63 percent (17-for-27) from 3 and 58 percent from the field.
