Chris Evans is officially back with the Michigan Wolverines, effective for the winter term to kick off the 2020 year, head coach Jim Harbaugh said during his Monday press conference. The running back will resume football activities immediately upon his re-arrival at the school.
“He had a meeting...productive meeting...scheduled meeting to see if he’d be reinstated back into the school,” Harbaugh said. “My understanding that he will be (back) for the winter term. And we will welcome him back to the football team.”
Evans was dealing with an academic suspension and has been sidelined for 2019 while working his way back.
