The Big Ten revealed on Thursday a preview of the 20-game conference basketball schedule for each program in 2018-19, with six teams being played only once and seven matchups that will be played twice.
The Wolverines will play home-only matchups against Ohio State, Nebraska and Purdue, playing road-only games at Illinois, Iowa and Rutgers. Michigan will play both home and away against Indiana, Maryland, Michigan State, Minnesota, Northwestern, Penn State and Wisconsin.
Moving forward, Michigan and Michigan State will play twice every year as a protected in-state game, with Indiana/Purdue and Northwestern/Illinois likewise playing each other twice.
