Every year, there are tweaks that have to be made to the coaching staff, and this offseason will be no different. In Michigan's three losses, there were common factors that kept creeping up on the Wolverines. With recruiting in consideration, it shouldn't matter much to lose coaches who are not showing signs of improvement at their jobs.
