Michigan State commit Spencer Brown reaffirmed his commitment to the Spartans with Spartan Tailgate’s Sean Scherer on Wednesday, saying he was “1,000 percent committed.”
This comes after the Walled Lake Western offensive tackle visited Michigan on Sunday. The Wolverines were one of the schools who recently offered the 6-foot-6, 280-pound Brown.
Brown spoke to The Michigan Insider’s Isaiah Hole about his visit to Michigan.
“They’re just pretty much saying, ‘Look, we’re in need of some tackles,’ ” he said. “You already know that they only signed one tackle in 2018. They need some more linemen. They pretty much just said that I could go in there, play and compete at the highest level.
