Former Michigan State basketball star Miles Bridges pleaded no contest to a felony domestic violence charge in Los Angeles Superior Court on Thursday and was sentenced to three years of probation, according to ESPN.

Bridges, 24, turned himself in to authorities in June and was arrested after a physical altercation with his wife. The woman later shared several photos of herself after the assault and wrote that the violence occurred in front of their children.

Two other felony charges of child abuse under circumstances or conditions likely to cause great bodily injury or death were dismissed.
