MADISON, Wis. — Chris Solari rates Michigan State football on a scale of 1 to 10 after the Spartans’ 38-0 at No. 8 Wisconsin on Saturday:

Offense: 0

As in zero points. As in nearly zero production. MSU’s seven first downs were just the second time since at least 2000 that the program was held to fewer than 10 in a game, the most recent coming in 2007 against Ohio State.
