EAST LANSING — There is no official depth chart as Michigan State enters game week. It is something Mark Dantonio has shifted away from revealing the past few years.

The Spartans return nine players with at least part-time starting experience from a defense that finished 2018 as the nation’s best against the run and 10th overall.
