Miles Bridges had an NBA-level athleticism as a freshman at Michigan State.
But Bridges returned for his sophomore season, and had to wait until Thursday night to hear his name called, 12th overall to the Los Angeles Clippers.
A draft night trade has Bridges headed to the Charlotte Hornets, and it's that physique that still stands out to ESPN's Jay Bilas.
"He's a wrecking ball in transition," Bilas said. "A powerful athlete. Super athletic.
"He's got an excellent shot fake, and a very good rebounder, especially for his size. Rebounding is excellent at both ends of the floor.
