A 5-2 mark last week extended my streak of winning weeks to three at 4-3, 4-3, and 5-2 after a slow start to the season. Last week a hot fourth quarter between Oregon and Wazzu (32 combined points) pushed the total over and put the cherry on top of a solid set of picks. Miami and Virginia Tech’s relative offensive struggles was the big miss of the week (which was missed by many, to be fair), and Penn State couldn’t find paydirt from goal-to-go in the waning moments to force overtime in Lincoln and give us a chance at a push or a win.
