Ryan Tannehill to participate in OTAs with no limitations

The Miami Dolphins will not limit the activities of quarterback Ryan Tannehill as the team opens their Organized Team Activities on Tuesday, according to a report from NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport. Miami had been considering adding limitations for Tannehill, who was medically cleared for all activities, during the OTAs in order to ease the quarterback back into football activities.

Tannehill has not played in a game since December 2016, when he sustained a partially torn ACL. The initial recommendations for recovery were rest and rehab, with Tannehill cleared to return to the team for the 2017 season.
