Game 2 of Baseball Fall Series Set for Friday Night

BATON ROUGE, La. – Game 2 of the annual LSU Baseball Purple-Gold World Series will start at 7 p.m. CT Friday in Alex Box Stadium, Skip Bertman Field. The six-inning game will conclude the series, which opened on Wednesday night when the Gold posted a 1-0 victory over the Purple.

If the Gold wins Game 2 on Friday, it is the series champion; if the Purple wins Game 2 by more than one run, it will be the series champion.

The game is open to the public with free admission and free parking, and fans are advised that LSU's clear bag policy will be in effect with entrances available at Gates 1, 2 and 3 of the stadium.
