After ending their season with a loss on Saturday, the Rams took another hit on Sunday. Their defensive coordinator Brandon Staley agreed to a deal to become the head coach of the Los Angeles Chargers.
Per Tom Pelissero, this was Staley’s second interview with the Chargers. He was a hot commodity, as he reportedly interviewed with the Texans on Sunday as well. The coach was supposed to fly to Philadelphia to interview with the Eagles on Monday, but it looks as if he made a strong enough impression on Sunday with the Chargers.
