Ever since Anthony Davis’s agent, Rich Paul, announced that AD wanted a trade from the New Orleans Pelicans back in January, the Los Angeles Lakers did everything they could to make a deal happen.
Rob Pelinka finally managed to reportedly acquire Anthony Davis, agreeing to a deal but it cost the Lakers a huge amount of players and assets.

- Top-8 protected pick in 2021
- Unprotected pick swap in 2023
- Unprotected first round pick in 2024
- Unprotected pick swap in 2025
