Los Angeles Lakers rumors have amped up recently since the end of Las Vegas Summer League. As the team finalizes their roster for training camp in September, the latest player signing a deal is Jeffrey Carroll, an undrafted rookie out of Oklahoma State University.
Although the terms of the deal have not been officially released per team policy, it was reported earlier this month that he would be signed to an Exhibit 10 deal, meaning the Lakers can either convert his deal into a two-way contract or pay him a bonus if he is waived and subsequently signs and spends at least 60 days on the roster of their G-League affiliate, the South Bay Lakers.
