Recap: Dodgers Continue Road Trip With Extra-Innings Win Against Rockies

Julio Urias and Antonio Senzatela each fired three perfect innings before a prototypical Coors Field game broke out that saw the Los Angeles Dodgers outlast the Colorado Rockies for a 5-4 win in 10 innings.

After Trea Turner’s soft chopper went for an infield single in the top of the fourth, the Rockies collected their own first hit baserunner against Julio Urias in similar fashion in the bottom half of the inning.

That wound up leading to a run as Charlie Blackmon’s two-out RBI double broke up the scoreless tie. C.J. Cron then followed that with an extra-base hit of his own to put the Dodgers in a 2-0 deficit.
