Dodgers News: Andrew Heaney Exits Saturday’s Game With Apparent Arm Injury

The Dodgers are taking on the Kansas City Royals for a set of three games this weekend. Tony Gonsolin took care of business last night earning his 14th win of the season. And tonight, Dodgers skipper Dave Roberts had southpaw Andrew Heaney out on the mound but that didn’t last long.

Heaney was taken out of the game after a 106.5 MPH liner was smacked off his left arm. The 31-year-old stayed in the game after taking that shot and finished with 60 pitches in 3 innings.

This was Heaney’s 7th start of the season and he’s now pitched 31 innings, and owns a 12.
