Dodgers International Signing Period: Wilman Diaz, Jesus Galiz Headline 22 Prospects

The Los Angeles Dodgers agreed to terms with 22 players (12 pitchers, four infielders, three outfields and three catchers) on the first day of 2020-21 international signing period. The group was headlined by Wilman Diaz, Rayne Doncon and Jesus Galiz.

Diaz, a 17-year-old out of Venezuela, was ranked the No. 3 prospect and top shortstop in the 2020-21 international free agent class. He is from the same program that touted catching prospect Diego Cartaya played at prior to signing with the Dodgers.

Doncon, also 17, is viewed as one of the top infielders who trains at the Chal Baseball Academy in the Dominican Republic.
