Clayton Kershaw started tonight for the 22nd time in 2019 and for the 22nd time he went six innings. Perhaps no outing showcases how he’s able to do it than starts like tonight when he doesn’t have his best stuff or control and still manages to get it done.
Kershaw gave up three runs in his outing, all coming on solo homers.
