The Las Vegas Raiders have one of the better QB situations in the league with an excellent starter in Derek Carr and a talented backup in veteran Marcus Mariota. Even the third-string QB Nathan Peterman has some talent and starting experience even if he has become a punchline on social media.
Jon Gruden usually loves his veteran QBs and that’s on display with his decision to bring in Mariota as Carr’s back up and hold on to Peterman despite his struggles.
