A sports agent at the center of the FBI's investigation into corruption in college basketball told his bosses Adidas was paying the mother of Phoenix Suns player Josh Jackson before the start of Jackson's freshman season at Kansas, according to a Yahoo Sports report published late Friday.
Adidas employees were previously charged in to schemes that involved conspiring to steer recruits to Louisville and Miami, which are sponsored by the apparel company.
