Thursday Headlines: On to LSU Edition

Oof.

It was a brutal loss last night for Kentucky as the Wildcats seemed like they would pick up a road win in the SEC, leading Georgia 62-56 with two minutes left in the game.

But the Wildcats went scoreless in those last two minutes and Georgia made a layup with less than two seconds remaining and broke a 14-game losing streak to Kentucky.

On a night where Brandon Boston put together arguably his best performance as a Wildcat, scoring a game-high 18 points to go along with seven rebounds, Kentucky couldn’t buy a three-pointer (1-13) and turned the ball over 17 times.
