Virginia Tech appeared to upset No. 25 Liberty this afternoon after the Hokies blocked a field goal and returned it for a touchdown.
Unfortunately, Virginia Tech called a timeout prior to the play in an attempt to ice the kicker.
Liberty then made the game-winning field after the timeout to prevail:
