Mississippi State’s star running back says “change the flag” or he’s out

Kylin Hill is an All-SEC running back for Mississippi State with just shy of 3,000 yards out of the backfield in his three seasons in Starkville. Hill rushed for 1,350 yards last year as a junior and Kentucky fans saw 120 of them in the Bulldogs’ win over the Cats. He is already among the top ten rushers in school history, and stands to climb toward the all-time record this upcoming season.

But not if the state of Mississippi’s current flag still flies.

Hill joined the movement to change his state’s flag, which includes the Confederate emblem, by threatening to step away from the Mississippi State football program.
