Kentucky somehow made the list at 1000/1 to be the victor in this spring’s National Invitational Tournament; a tournament the Cats have won twice, but not since 1976. Matter of fact, Kentucky has only played in three postseason NITs since that ’76 championship season: most recently in Billy Gillispie’s last dance in 2009 and again in 2013 when Nerlens Noel was hurt. But we don’t talk about those years anymore.
