CJ Fredrick is almost back, but he’s not quite there yet.
Back in July, the Iowa Hawkeyes transfer had a procedure on his leg to help fix an injury that had been bothering him for the last few seasons, though the recovery timeframe was only expected to be about a month.
Today during Kentucky’s media day, head coach John Calipari revealed that Fredrick still isn’t 100% back, despite reportedly being cleared to resume basketball activities in late September.
