LEXINGTON, Ky. – UK senior linebacker Josh Allen was close to leaving school for the NFL draft after his junior season.
Being close to his newborn son for another year and the chance to lock in his status as an early-round pick with a strong senior season ended up swaying him to return to UK though.
Now Allen will enjoy the benefit of playing for a new position coach with firsthand knowledge of what it takes to accomplish his NFL goal.
