Kentucky remains in contention for the fastest-rising big man in the class of 2022, Dereck Lively II.
The five-star center out of Westtown, PA trimmed his list down to seven, with Kentucky joined by the likes of Duke, North Carolina, Penn State, Michigan, Florida State, and USC on his final list.
The list cut comes following the 7-foot-1 center’s official visit to Lexington this past weekend. Lively has also taken an official to UNC and an unofficial to Penn State, with an official to Duke starting June 29.
During his trip to Lexington, the five-star center earned a scholarship offer from John Calipari and the UK coaching staff.
