The Royals have reinstated Jorge Lopez from the Family Medical Emergency list and designated him for assignment.

Jorge Lopez came to the Royals in 2018 in a trade for Royals third base slugger, Mike Moustakas, along with Brett Phillips. Both Lopez and Phillips seemed to have legitimate major league upside at the time and most Royals fans were sad to see Moose go, but generally happy with the haul in return.
