Jhoulys Chacin was a pretty good starter in 2018. He was actually a pretty good starter in four of the past six years and six of the last nine. He has a career ERA of 3.86. He’s generally been a very solid pitcher for some mediocre teams and so many had no idea who he was. However, in his first stint in the post-season he has done exactly what the Brewers want from him - win games. He has made two starts and won both of them though he’s only totaled 10.1 innings.
