Kansas City Chiefs head coach Andy Reid arrived to training camp at Missouri Western State University bearing good news on Sunday afternoon.
Running back Spencer Ware, center Mitch Morse and outside linebacker Dee Ford are among the players who should be “ready to go” for the Chiefs’ full-team practice on Thursday. Ware was the only player of the three who was already seen walking the campus Sunday.
“Really, the only two—(Ashton) Lampkin and De’Anthony Thomas are really the only two right now,” Reid said in his opening press conference. “We’re looking at all of them. You’ll see them here.
