Unlike the Iowa football team’s, this segment’s luck wasn’t quite there last week. I underestimated teams like Ohio State and Nebraska and overestimated Michigan State, Purdue, Northwestern and Penn State.
Unlike a certain fan base to the West, this segment moves on when things don’t turn out the way we expected.
The Iowa football team’s win over Iowa State didn’t move them up in the polls, but much of that is because there weren’t any upsets over teams ahead of Iowa. Don’t worry though. Conference play will cannibalize many of the teams ahead of Iowa, so there is room to move up.
