Salah smashes Liverpool records with Champions League stunners

Mohamed Salah smashed a Liverpool record that has stood for more than three decades with yet another incredible strike to put his side ahead against Roma.

The Egypt international has enjoyed a sensational debut season at Anfield since moving from the Italian capital.

And he came up top again on Tuesday to break the deadlock in the semi-final first leg.

A delightful curling effort beat Alisson and put Liverpool 1-0 ahead in the first half, and in the process wrote the striker's name into the record books.

And just before half time he was at it again, lofting the ball over the Brazilian goalkeeper for his and the Reds' second.
