Rashaan Melvin suffered a “significant” hand injury following an interception against the Titans, which has caused him to miss the last two games. There was no timetable set on his return, but he surprised Colts fans by returning to practice in a limited fashion on Tuesday.
The Colts’ pass defense was ripped apart by Blake Bortles two weeks ago with Melvin out, and his possible return could be a big boost to this secondary.
Wide Receiver Donte Moncrief
Moncrief missed Sunday’s game in Buffalo with an ankle injury, and he hasn’t been able to participate in the first two practices of this week as that ankle continues to bother him.
